You should take the long weekend to catch up on your sleep, and hang with your family and your pet.
There are a lot of things you can do, but catching up on your sleep tops our list. The Huffington Post suggests:
Schedule in some rest. An estimated 1 in 3 American adults are not getting enough sleep on a regular basis, according to a 2016 report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Good sleep makes your memory sharper, improves mood and focus and literally clears your mind: Neurological science shows that proper sleep clears toxins which build up in the brain.
The Huffington Post has some other ideas too, but what better way to spend the long weekend than in an "activity" that improves your mood, strengthens your focus, clears your mind and gives you that sharp memory to face the world after a long weekend of rest and relaxation. Well, maybe after that rest, you can throw the ball for your dog and have some good family fun by having some great BBQ.
