Trump is not only the big loser, he is the big problem. He is an out of touch politician who is out of touch with reality. This is reflected by his tweet in response to the GOP LOSS in Virginia.
"Ed Gillespie worked hard but did not embrace me or what I stand for. Don't forget, Republicans won 4 out of 4 House seats, and with the economy doing record numbers, we will continue to win, even bigger than before!"
Trump is arrogant, he fails to understand that embracing him and what he stands for may equate to failure. Polling and voter dissatisfaction with Trump is growing, and this election may be a reflection of both.
Trump does not have the mental, or emotional stability, to realize he is out of touch, he is disconnected from reality. What he needs to think about is whether this election means voters are waking up and smelling Trump for the swamp rat that he is.
Could it be voters feel a disconnect, voters don't like the Twitter rants, and voters know there is no "Art of The Deal" when it comes to Trump's job performance in the White House?
Maybe, The Donald needs to wake up and have a reality check, but then again his Tweet reacting to this election shows he is incapable of any reality check. Trump lives in a fantasy world, disconnected from the political realities around him.
