Donald Trump’s inability to respond to criticism demonstrates a disturbing level of immaturity. His Tweets show he is unstable, making knee jerk reactions without much thought.
It is worth reposting his recent tweets here:
Mika Brzezinski, on the other hand, was responding with a much more reasoned, and adult, attitude (also see the comments below). “I’m fine,” she said on Morning Joe. “My family brought me up really tough. This is absolutely nothing for me personally. But I’m very concerned about what this once again reveals about the president of the United States.”
Americans too should be concerned about what Trump’s conduct says about his ability to be a stable world leader. Moreover, Americans need to be concerned about these poll numbers:
Between 40-42% of Americans approve of Donald Trump. What we do not know is how much his recent conduct will impact these poll numbers. If history is any indicator, then it is safe to conclude his recent behavior will not significantly change his base support, which appears to hover around 40% of Americans.
…if the poll numbers of 40% support holds true, that is disturbing.
